- Do you wear dentures and are unhappy with how loose they are?
- Do your dentures move as you are chewing?
- Are you unhappy with needing to take your denture teeth out before bed?
- If you have teeth remaining, are your teeth severely damaged or decayed and were told that they cannot be fixed?
- Do you have loose teeth due to gum disease (severe periodontitis)?
If you answered “yes” to any of the above questions, then dental implants with All-on-X treatment might be the right solution for you.
Luckily, with the advancements in dental implants and surgical modalities, treatment options are better now than ever!
Dental implants have become the standard of care for replacement of missing teeth, and they have dramatically improved the lives of millions of people with dentures. However, the biggest challenge for many people in need of this life-altering treatment is the cost.
Complete smile makeover with complete replacement of all teeth with dental implants is certainly not an inexpensive investment. The reason for this is that hours and hours of work go into the planning and execution of this treatment. From digital imaging to CBCT (“ct scans”) to surgical placement of implants and removal of all teeth, bone reduction and grafting and delivery of temporary and final bridges, the costs do add up. On top of all this, we offer our patients a 10 year warranty on the implant surgery portion of treatment, 5 years on the zirconia bridge and 1 year on the acrylic bridge.
When it comes to full-arch dental implant treatments, we have ZERO HIDDEN COSTS.
The global fee structure provides patients one flat fee that covers all aspects of the treatment. This includes all diagnostics, planning, extractions, implant placement and bone grafting. This fee structure offers patients the benefit of knowing exactly how much the treatment costs and having the peace of mind that no surprise costs will be added later. It also does not differentiate between the number of implants and materials for the final restoration. The ease and transparency of the global fee structure has made this option very helpful for our patients.
If you have dental coverage, the insurance plan may cover a portion towards the extractions and bone recontouring. The coverage may allow patients to reduce the cost of treatment by about $2,000. Please contact us at 905.648.0550 if you need assistance determining what your benefits can contribute to the total cost of treatment.
So, what is the actual treatment cost and which fee structures works best for you?
The global fees for treatment of one arch (upper or lower jaw) can range from $25,000 to $30,000 depending on the final material of choice for your implant supported bridge. Acrylic supported bridge is $25,000 and a zirconia supported one is $30,000.
Acrylic versus zirconia options have both pros and cons.
Acrylic can be easily repaired if it breaks. It’s less expensive than zirconia.
Zirconia is more esthetic, stronger but not easily repairable.
Here at our practice, we offer full-arch treatments at a flat global fee with interest-free payment plans to make it affordable for patients.
